Cut and Picker Blade

The Cut & Picker blade with scraper is only found on a few 58mm models such as the MiniChamp.
Its original purpose was to cut the plastic tie used to seal a pill bottle cap, and then to pick the cotton filler out of the bottle.
This tool is now referred to by Victorinox as the orange peeler. It can also be used as a package opener.

Note: There is another Orange Peeler blade available on the Executive 74mm model.
