The Digital Barometer was a new capability added in 2008 to the combined digital functions of the Traveller related models.
It does not show the actual barometric pressure, but gives and indication of the trend of barometric presssure (up or down - indicating weather getting better or worse) using a series of bars on the digital display.
As of 2022 models with digital scale functions were withdrawn, so this function is no longer available in Swiss Army Knives.
The digital scale models use a single 3V Lithium CR 1225 button battery.
