The Gourmet is an 84mm Swiss Army Knife from Victorinox.
It is one of the most minimal of the Victorinox models having only a single layer of tools.

There is also a 91mm verison of the Gourmet, however this model is quite uncommon.

History 

Early versions had the grooved corkscrew and earlier still the small clip-point blade.
