The Wenger Cleat Wrench is used to tighten/replace removable cleats, or studs, on football shoes (soccer shoes in Canada and the US). The scraper tip on the wrench can be used to clean debris from the shoe.
Wenger refers to this as the Soccer Wrench in Canada and the US.
